I appreciate being able to complete forms through the patient portal. Front desk staff were pleasant. I did not wait long once I arrived. Dr. Tart answered all of my questions, asked follow-up questions about my medical history and explained medical information in a way that was easy to understand. She is very personable.

I recently switched to Dr. Hubbell and was immediately satisfied with my decision. Dr. Hubbell made me feel comfortable and more than just a patient. I had to undergo various ultrasounds for a potential issue and his whole team was also outstanding. I’ve been to both Lake Forest and Grayslake locations
and the care is the same. I feel relieved to have my needs taken great care.
